Erasme Fovllok, sign\u00e9 par Ferdinand III. Donn\u00e9 le 5 juillet 1653 ; 13 pages in-4\u00b0 (255 x 305 mm) dont 1 page avec armoiries. Le manuscrit est reli\u00e9 sous une couverture en velours rouge (reliure de l\u2019\u00e9poque, un peu pass\u00e9e), rubans attenants ; 2 perforations dans les plis du manuscrit, uniquement sur les pages 1 \u00e0 6 et dans le dos de la reliure, comme si c\u2019\u00e9tait pour le garder ouvert \u00e0 la page des armoiries. Manuscrit sur v\u00e9lin calligraphi\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019encre brune et en lettres d\u2019or, la 7<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0page est enti\u00e8rement orn\u00e9e d\u2019une grande aquarelle \u00e0 l\u2019or et couleurs repr\u00e9sentant les armoiries. Le manuscrit d\u00e9bute par une belle page calligraphi\u00e9 en lettres d\u2019or et encre \u00ab\u00a0<em>Ferdinandus Tertius Divina Favente<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, etc. Le nom du r\u00e9cipiendaire figure en lettres d\u2019or dans le manuscrit. Ce dipl\u00f4me est d\u00e9livr\u00e9 \u00e0 Erasme Fovllok. Ces armoiries furent enregistr\u00e9es le 5 juillet 1653.
